We ship our premium women's apparel internationally to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Shipping Fee:
- Flat rate: USD $5.00
- Free shipping on orders over USD $199.99

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time:
- United States & Canada: 25–45 business days
- United Kingdom: 25–45 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 25–45 business days
- Singapore: 25–45 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Delays:
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at business@rosyrokh.net and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Return & Refund (Shipping-related):
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Return Shipping Address:
Please do NOT return items to the original shipping address. To initiate a return, contact us at business@rosyrokh.net. The correct return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Return Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
