Refund & Return Policy

At ROSYROKH, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. 

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
